International (outside NZ)

We ship globally for a flat-rate of NZD22.00. All duties, tariffs & local taxes (if any) are paid by the recipient.
This flat-rate applies to our range of Shampoo bars, Soothe & protect balm & Bar tote, up to a total package weight of 3kg.
HERDD pet litter & HERDD bedding is only available to customers in NZ.

HERDD pet care products (shampoo bars, soothe+protect, totes & litter)

Please choose carefully, as given the nature of our pet care products, we can’t exchange them due to hygiene reasons. You will love what you receive, so don’t let this put you off giving our pet care range a go.

HERDD merch

Please choose your sizing carefully, as we would rather not have to return items (unless faulty). See our size charts for measurements. If your merch feels a little tight when you first put it on, know that the fabric will soften with wear & washes, to mould to your body shape - rest assured, the items will maintain their shape. We’ve used quality fabrics in our merch to withstand an active wearer.
If you need to return your item, please ensure it is in BRAND NEW condition, with wrapping as you received it. We will not accept (& refund) items that are worn, damaged or marked in any way. One return allowance, before additional shipping charges apply. Return is at your postage cost.

HERDD bedding

Given the freight costs, large size, nature and use of HERDD bedding, we don’t allow for returns of HERDD bedding bags purchased from us by the Full & Half pallets.
