  • Put your HERDD shampoo bar in this purpose-fit tote & lather it up with water & a scrub over your pets’ coat.

    Keep washing with the bar inside, or take the bar out & use the tote as a bubbly sponge & scrubber.

    When your bar gets low, pop all the ‘bar bits’ in a tote, to use up every last bit of shampoo

  • When you’re finished with bath time, simply hang the tote, with your bar inside, to dry out^

    You don’t need to dry it, this wool tote will dry out purrfectly all-by-itself.

    ^Hang on the laundry tub tap, wash bay hook or outdoor tap to drip dry

  • True to our ethos of being TRULY eco-friendly, this tote is made from 100% recycled wool from sheep roaming the fields of New Zealand.

    Supporting NZ’s wool industry, because it really needs our help!

    This tote is 100% natural fibre (including the cotton loop), so it will compost down & not take up space in landfill.

  • When your bar gets low & breaks up, put the bits in the tote & continue to get uses out of your bar

    {When the bar breaks, think of those ‘bits’ as the end bit in a plastic bottle, that you usually can’t get out anyway}

  • This tote will last approx. 20 washes {if you’re using it as a sponge & scrubber}, or longer if you are using it to store your bar in.

    But once it’s worn, it is FULLY compostable fibre. If you have a compost bin, pop it in there, or reuse it as a seedling pot 🌱

  • Shampoo bar - absolute winner!

    This is an absolute winner! I was surprised by how beautifully it lathers – much more than I expected from a bar. The scent is divine – fresh and clean, like a breath of New Zealand air (which makes sense, since that’s where it’s from!). After letting her get all dirty in these puddles on our local walk, this was the perfect solution.

  • Bar tote - such a clever idea!

    Love it for quick washes post ride, to ensure all sweat is washed out of the coat & oils replaced - A few circular rubs gets the lather up, then I rinse off & hang the loop on a hook to dry (I don’t take the bar out).

  • Kept natural coat oils intact

    After a bath with HERDD’s bar, Maya was very clean & soft after her coat dried. I noticed her coat felt quite soft & didn't have that stripped feel that dog shampoo can have where all the natural coat oils are completely gone.

    The HERDD shampoo bar lathered well, smelt nice, but not too scented.

    I didn't use much of the bar during the wash. As I have 3 dogs, the HERDD bar is really economical for me & I would love to be able to buy some more! 🤩

  • Soothe & protect - amazing!

    I used HERDD soothe & protect on a skin fungal infection on my horse’s side. It had been coming back, & spread quickly. I put soothe & protect on it for 2 days, & it completely cleared it up. I’m just keeping it moisturised with soothe & protect, & the skin is super healthy. Amazing balm!

  • Great for sensitive dog skin

    I have a Cavoodle girl with very sensitive skin, and this has been perfect for her – no irritation at all, just a soft, shiny coat and a much more pleasant smell that’s made her even more cuddly

  • Smooth coats and a lovely, subtle fragrance!

    Love this! Tried it for the first time and it leaves our fur babies coat nice and smooth and much easier to groom, especially with those stubborn knots that they sometimes get under the arms.
    The smell is lovely, not overpowering like some products I’ve tried before. I like the natural ingredients, and no plastics.

  • Changing behaviour to use a bar shampoo!

    I Iiked the way the coat felt when the cats dried & the perfume was lovely.
    I found it a little hard to hold onto the cat & bar at the same time.

    —a note from HERDD on this dilemma: Use a bar tote! It’s why we created them, to help shift habit from plastic bottle liquid, to solid concentrate shampoo! Also, a few rubs with the bar until lathering, then set it aside & massage the coat.
